· Apply the flux coat to the radiator
· Apply Bell Bond X-100 over the flux coat
· Heat in the oven at approximately 675 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes
· Bell Bond X-100 allows you to apply the product using a suction feed sand blast gun in place of a paint sprayer because it has a larger nozzle capacity.
· Bell Bond X-100 can be applied using a brush for surface applications, but limits the depth of penetration compared to the spraying process.
